To all people to whom these presents shall come Greeting: Know Ye that we and his wife of the township of County of Geauga & State of Ohio for the consideration of thirty five hundred dollars received to our full satisfaction of Joseph Smith Junr. of the Town of County of Geauga and State of Ohio do give, grant, bargain sell and confirm unto him the said Joseph Smith Jr the following described Tract or lot of land situate in Township No nine in the ninth Range of townships in the in the State of and which is also in the County of and is known as part of one of the parts Lots No’s 17, 18, 19, and is bounded as follows to Wit Beginning at the northwest corner of a piece of land sold to which said s land his north of [p. 568]
